Panchakki, meaning 'water mill', is a 17th-century engineering marvel located just 1 km from Bibi Ka Maqbara in Aurangabad. Built by Turko-Afghan nobleman Malik Ambar, it used underground water channels to power a mill that ground grain for Sufi pilgrims visiting the dargah of Khwaja Shah Nur.
